How quickly will it arrive?
We strive to despatch your purchase within 24 hours of the order being received.
Delivery can take up to three working days, depending on location and the courier.
Tracking information for the courier will be included in your confirmation email.
How will I know you have received my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via the email address used to place the order.
How do I use a discount code?
Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your basket. Select View basket. Enter your discount code in the ‘Enter a promo code’ box. Click Apply. The discount will now show and you can proceed to the checkout.
Is my order in stock?
All items shown on the website are in stock. Should this item go out of stock after you have placed your order, we will contact you via email and refund your purchase.
What if the items I receive are faulty?

My order did not arrive, what shall I do?

Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once items have been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the courier directly with the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.

Can I use a different delivery address to billing address?
Yes, please enter the information at the checkout in the corresponding fields.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express.

Our customer feedback indicates all our styles are ‘’true to size’’ and medium (standard) width.

Please note that leather may stretch up to half size over time.

Our men’s styles have 360 laces – remember to adjust these to optimise the fit.

If you are unsure and between sizes, it is economically and environmentally advantageous to purchase multiple pairs on your first delivery and then return the un.wanted sizes
