If you require a new item e.g. a different size, please place a new order via our website. Then, please return the unwanted item following the process below to be processed for refund. This will ensure a faster turnaround and that stock is allocated to you.

Returns

At Deck Shoe Shop we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. You can return any unwanted items for a full refund, given they meet the conditions below.

Unwanted items must be returned and received in the condition that they were sold i.e. no signs of damage or wear and free from odours. Returned items should returned in their original packaging and sealed securely, with the original delivery note and a returns form enclosed inside.

Any items received back in a non-saleable condition will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.

Please use a reputable courier with a trackable service and retain proof of postage. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost during transit. We do not offer a free returns service and these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Goods must be returned to us within 30 days from receipt of the order (including weekends and bank holidays).

For goods returned after 30 days, a credit note to the value of the items ordered will be issued which can be used on future purchases.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow at least five working days from us acknowledging receipt of your returned items.

Damaged / Faulty items
We want your purchase to reach you in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged or is faulty please get in touch ASAP and send photographs. All our products have a warranty period of 120 days from receipt of order therefore we will arrange collection within this period. Please note the shoes May be subject to manufacturer inspection. If not considered faulty then the customer will bear financial responsibility for us to post the back order to them.
