General Information

Your contract for purchases made through www.deckshoeshop.co.uk is with Deck Shoe Shop and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.

You warrant that all details you provide to www.deckshoeshop.co.uk for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will have their details passed onto the Police.

All prices paid are final. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion during sale prices.

Deck Shoe Shop reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:

• you fail to make payment to us when due.

• you breach any of our terms and conditions.

• when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, sufficient information - to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity.

Warranty

All Deck Shoe Shop products are sourced direct from the manufacturer. All our products have a warranty period of 90 days from receipt of order. If during this warranty period, products are found to be damaged or faulty due to a defect in workmanship or materials, we will arrange collection and replace it, at our discretion, entirely free of charge to the purchaser. All items are subject to a manufacturer inspection.

This offer only applies to the original purchaser and is only valid if the shoes have been used in an appropriate manner and conditions for this particular type of footwear. This warranty will be invalidated if any damage is caused by misuse, excessive wear and tear, negligence, or accident.

The purchaser should contact Deck Shoe Shop as soon as possible and send photographs of the product and the damage / fault it has. Deck Shoe Shop will arrange the collection and cover the costs of returning the products for inspection. Please retain your order confirmation / purchase receipt.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.

 

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order at www.deckshoeshop.co.uk it is understood you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact us as soon as possible via email, sales@DeckShoeShop.co.uk.

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to Deck Shoe Shop to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. All prices include VAT. A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate, please refer to our Delivery page.

Your card is debited at the point of checkout. This includes back orders. Should the product you have ordered become unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative or arrange a refund.

You must check all the details such as email and delivery address, on confirmation emails are correct. Should there be an error, you should contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the information you have entered.

By placing an order or signing up to our newsletter, you agree to receive selected promotional and informative emails from Deck Shoe Shop. We will not pass on your details to any 3rd parties, and subscription to our emails can be cancelled at any time using the 'Unsubscribe' link.

 

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

On this website, we aim to show all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is available. However, sometimes certain styles are more popular than we predicted. In cases such as these, availability of an item may be low or it may become out of stock.

In these rare occasions, the availability of a product may be misrepresented on our website. When we process your order, we will inform you if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. We will offer you an alternative that will be sent out at no additional cost and we will refund your order if we are unable to provide a desired alternative item.

 

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. In addition, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software.

DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimated and are subject to change at the discretion of the delivery company. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for deliver. We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 24 hours from acknowledgement of your order. Please refer to our Delivery page for more information about the service, lead times and prices of the delivery options available.

Goods will be sent to the address provided when you placed your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
